Why can’t I place a wager or access the site?

In instances where you find yourself unable to make a wager, it is likely due to internet settings on your PC or Mac.

As our support team is unable to place wagers for you, we advise that you try one or more of the following solutions:

  • Hit the F5 button to refresh the page.
  • Log out from your account then log in again.
  • Clear your internet browser cache. You can do this by opening your internet options then deleting your temporary internet files, cookies, browsing history, etc.
  • Close all open browser windows and/or pages and launch a new topbet.com page.

How long does an idle page stay active until it auto-logs out?

If idle, a logged-in account will be automatically logged out after 30 minutes.
