They are coming off a 44-31 defeat from TCU at home, where they had four frustrating turnovers.<\/p>\n<p>In trying to redeem themselves, we could probably be looking at an extra aggressive Mason Rudolph, which may feature a good amount of yardage. The senior quarterback, as you may know, is a prolific passer. He had a combined 5,800 yards passing in 2015 and 2016, and he has has 1,553 this season (career-high 388.2 per game), along with a 13-3 touchdown-interception ratio.<\/p>\n<p>Look for Rudolph to connect to his usual premiere target, James Washington (520 yards and four TDs), as well as the next two wideouts in the depth chart, Marcell Attman (335 yards and three TDs) and Jalen McCleskey (258 yards for three TDs).<\/p>\n<p>Oklahoma State&#8217;s defense isn&#8217;t as strong. It&#8217;s just right in the middle in points (60th) and total yards allowed (53rd). The group, however, is enjoying a good season from defensive tackle Dequinton Osborne, whose four tackles for a loss and two sacks are currently leading the team.<\/p>\n<p>The Cowboys have won five of their last six games (SU and ATS).<\/p>\n<h3>Betting on the Texas Tech Red Raiders (3-0)<\/h3>\n<p><strong><a href=\"http:\/\/topbet.eu\/sportsbook\/football\/ncaa\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Point Spread: +10<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>With a smooth 3-0 start, it&#8217;s probably safe to say that Texas Tech has now wiped out almost all of the doubts surrounding the team following the departure of their gunslinging quarterback, Patrick Mahomes.<\/p>\n<p>Mahomes&#8217;s backup, Nic Shimonek, seems to be feeling right at home with the starting job. The junior QB is picking up where his predecessor left off, as he is netting 416 yards per game and completing 73.6 percent of his throws &#8211; classic numbers from a Texas Tech QB. He has also tossed 11 TDs with only one INT.<\/p>\n<p>The support on the wing and on the backfield is pretty good so far. The top three receivers each have at least two TDs, and they are all gaining 16 or more yards per catch, while the two running backs in the main rotation, Justin Stockton and Tre King, are collectively rushing for 7.1 yards per carry.<\/p>\n<p>As you might&#8217;ve expected, since they are an offensive-minded team, the Red Raiders are ranked in the lower half of some defensive stats &#8211; 70th in points (26.3) and 80th in yards allowed (407.3) per game. Also, no one is yet to have two tackles for a loss and the pass rush only averages one sack per contest.<\/p>\n<p>The Red Raiders are 2-3 in their last five games at home (2-2-1 ATS).<\/p>\n<h3>Writer\u2019s Prediction<\/h3>\n<p>Oklahoma State (<strong><a href=\"http:\/\/topbet.eu\/sportsbook\/football\/ncaa\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">-10<\/a><\/strong>) wins an
