Georgia Tech has a solid defense, too, but the Yellow Jackets are not Virginia. The Tigers should fare better offensively in Atlanta, especially with Georgia Tech\u2019s defense having issues of late; Georgia Tech gave up a total of 168 points in their last two outings. That\u2019s good news for Clemson\u2019s leading scorer Marquise Reed, who scored just six points on a salty 3-for-10 shooting against the Cavaliers. On the season, the junior guard Reed is putting up 15.5 points per game. Senior forward Donte Graham, meanwhile, is a threat inside and outside Graham is scoring 14.2 points per game and is shooting 41.9 percent from deep, while leading the team in rebounds with 6.9 per contest. <\/span><\/p>\n

Betting on the Georgia Tech Yellow Jackets (10-10)<\/h3>\n

Georgia Tech is 21<\/span>st<\/span> in the nation in defense with opponents scoring just 65.0 points per game this season. But as mentioned earlier, the Yellow Jackets have been getting roasted of late, which was evident in their 80-66 loss to No. 15 North Carolina on Jan. 20 and during their 88-77 annihilation at the hands of Florida State in the following game. Against the Seminoles, the Yellow Jackets hurt themselves with 16 turnovers, so that\u2019s something they will have to cut down in order to stave off the Tigers. Moreover, they also need to have wiser shot selection after going 5-for-16 from the three-point area in their lose in Tallahassee. Josh Okogie and Jose Alvarado form a potent duo that could bore a hole through Clemson\u2019s defense. Okogie and Alvarado combined for 39 points against the \u2018Noles with the latter going 8-for-18 from the field with four threes on nine attempts. The Yellow Jackets\u2019 bench need to show some signs of life to after mustering a paltry total of 11 points in the last two games. <\/span><\/p>\n
