The Sooners are on a five-game losing skid, and have lost eight of their last 10 games. They are coming off a 77-66 loss at home against Texas, a defensive-minded team. Young scored 26 points in that game but went just 7-for-21 from the field and 3-for-10 from deep. When Young struggles, the Sooners almost always struggles, too, so guys like Christian James (12.4 PPG) and Brady Manek (11.2 PPG) need to be consistent. The two combined for only 18 points against Texas. The Sooners\u2019 bench also has to show up after producing just 14 points in the Texas game. Young had 26 points in the Sooners\u2019 85-80 win in Norman on Jan. 23, while James and Manek had 15 and 14, respectively. The Sooners are averaging 88.4 points per contest.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Oklahoma is 3-0 ATS in its last three games against Kansas.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3>Betting on the Kansas Jayhawks (21-6)<\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Kansas survived the ever-scary defense of West Virginia, beating the Mountaineers at home on Feb. 17 on Saturday, 77-69. With that said, the Jayhawks should be able to deal with the Sooners\u2019 lousy defense that is allowing 82.2 points per game \u2013 one of the worst not only in the Big 12 but in the nation as well. The Jayhawks shot 45.1 percent from the field in the first meeting with Oklahoma and hit 10 three-pointers to negate the nine threes the Sooners hit in that game. One thing they will have to improve on is their rebounding, as the Jayhawks were outrebounded that time by Oklahoma, 40-35. An emerging key factor, meanwhile, for Kansas is big man Udoka Azubuike, who is averaging 13.9 points per game this season, but has scored at least 19 points in three of his last five games, including a 21-point effort in the win over WVU.
