Texas A&M scored one of the biggest upsets of this NCAA tournament, as the Aggies sent 2-seed and defending champion North Carolina packing with an 86-65 victory on Sunday. The Aggies shot the three-ball well against the Tar Heels, going 10-for-24 from behind the arc, but perhaps even more telling was their dominance on the glass. The Aggies, who were second in the nation in rebounding in the regular season with 41.7 per game, had 50 rebounds while the Tar Heels only managed to pull down a total of 36. <\/span><\/p>\n

Michigan likes to play slow, but it\u2019ll have a hard time dictating the pace if Texas A&M keeps on plucking down rebounds. The Aggies have a defense that\u2019s 10<\/span>th<\/span> on KenPom, and also one that allowed just 69.6 points per game prior to the college basketball postseason.<\/span><\/p>\n

Betting on the Michigan Wolverines – March Madness 2018<\/b><\/h3>\n

Jordan Poole drained a game-winning trey at the buzzer in the second round that lifted the Wolverines passed the Houston Cougars. Poole\u2019s dagger sent the Wolverines to the Sweet 16 (and probably caused Rob Gray\u2019s man bun to fall off), where Michigan will look to bring their excruciating brand of basketball. Michigan has one of the slowest pace in college basketball with a tempo that is ranked 329<\/span>th<\/span> on KenPom. Because of this, they were able to limit opponents to just 63.1 points per game in the regular season. Michigan is not all about killing us with boredom, however. The team can hit the three ball, too, as they averaged 8.8 three-pointers on 35.9 percent prior to the postseason. Moritz Wagner, a 6-11 stetch-forward, can cause mismatches with his range, as he is shooting 40.3 percent from the field. He paced the team with 14.2 points per game in the regular season.<\/span><\/p>\n
