For the first time in the series, Chris Paul and the Suns find their backs against the wall. After going up 2-0 in the 2021 NBA Finals, it all looked as though Phoenix was on its way to a sweep, but that changed when the series shifted to Milwaukee and now the Suns are out to fight for the extension of their title hopes. Despite their 123-119 loss in Game 5 at home, the Suns should remain confident in Paul and Devin Booker. Those two have been constant thorns in the side of Milwaukee, especially the latter, who dropped 40 points on 17\/33 shooting in Game 5. Booker is averaging 30.0 points on 47.1 percent shooting from the field in the series. Meanwhile, Paul recovered from a poor Game 4 performance by scoring 21 points to go with 11 assists in Game 5.<\/span><\/p>\n

Giannis Antetokounmpo and the Bucks are feeling it. They have a shot at closing the series and winning the franchise\u2019s first NBA title in 50 years this Tuesday in front of their home crowd. Milwaukee finally solved their woes in the Suns\u2019 territory in Game 5, thanks in large part to the collective effort of their Big Three. Antetokounmpo had 32 points, nine rebounds, and six assists, while Khris Middleton scored 29 points. Jrue Holiday perhaps played the biggest of them all, with 27 points, 13 assists, and an array of huge defensive plays in Game 5. His ability to wreak havoc on the defensive end of the floor will be so crucial for the Bucks in Game 6, as they look to stop the Suns from gaining any momentum early and keep Phoenix from making quality baskets in the clutch.<\/span><\/p>\n
