Top Five Games to Watch in Week 10 of College Football<\/h2>\n

Florida State Seminoles vs. Louisville Cardinals (Thursday, October 30, 7:30 PM ET)<\/h3>\n

Line:<\/strong> Florida State Seminoles (-5<\/strong>)\u00a0at Louisville Cardinals (+5<\/strong>) – view all NCAA Football lines<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n

[sc:NCAA240banner ]The Florida State Seminoles survived an early onslaught by Notre Dame, rallying to win 31-27 on October 18. The ‘Noles were less than spectacular as they allowed 470 total yards, while their running game finished with 50 yards on 26 carries. However, reigning Heisman Trophy winner quarterback Jameis Winston continued to impress, finishing with 273 passing yards and two touchdowns to lift his team to victory.<\/p>\n

Winston will face his toughest test to date as he takes on the Louisville Cardinals’ top notch defense allowing only 245.8 total yards and 14.6 points per game. The Cardinals are also second in the nation in both sacks (28) and interceptions (15). Winston has been sacked 15 times and threw six interceptions this season.<\/p>\n

Writer\u2019s prediction:<\/strong> The Cardinals pressure Jameis Winston throughout the game to, but the reigning Heisman winner does enough to hand the \u2018Noles another win.<\/p>\n

Auburn Tigers vs. Ole Miss Rebels (Saturday, November 1, TBD)<\/h3>\n

South Carolina pushed Auburn for the entire game, but the Tigers\u2019 vaunted rushing attack proved too much for them to handle on Saturday. Quarterback Nick Marshall was lights out as he threw for 139 yards and a touchdown while running for 89 yards and three more scores. Running back Cameron Artis-Payne ran for 167 yards and a touchdown on 25 carries. The two should be able to challenge Ole Miss\u2019 run defense which was torched for 264 yards against LSU.<\/p>\n

The Rebels\u2019 offense was underwhelming as Bo Wallace completed less than 50 percent of his passes for the second straight game as he managed only one passing touchdown (Ole Miss\u2019 only score for the game) in a 10-7 loss to LSU. Ole Miss will need much more production from Wallace if they want to keep up with Auburn’s rushing attack.<\/p>\n

TCU Horned Frogs vs. West Virginia Mountaineers (Saturday, November 1, TBD)<\/h3>\n

TCU quarterback Trevone Boykin set a new career-high 433 passing yards, while throwing for a school record of seven touchdown passes in a game against Texas Tech on Saturday. The Horned Frogs aren\u2019t the only ones with their offense clicking. West Virginia QB Clint Trickett passed for 238 yards and two touchdowns en route to their fourth-straight win, a 34-10 trumping of Oklahoma State.<\/p>\n

Writer\u2019s prediction:<\/strong> With both offenses clicking, expect a closely-contested game as the score goes over the total.<\/p>\n

Stanford Cardinal vs. Oregon Ducks (Saturday, November 1, 7:30 PM ET)<\/h3>\n

The Stanford Cardinal\u2019s defense is tight. They\u2019re ranked second in the nation allowing only 12.5 points per game. The Cardinal will have their toughest challenge to date when they take on arguably college football\u2019s best offense, the Oregon Ducks. The Ducks are second in the Pac-12 scoring 45.5 points per game. Quarterback Marcus Mariota was excellent in his last start, throwing for 326 yards and a season-high five touchdowns. However, the Ducks are 0-2 ATS against Stanford with Mariota behind center.<\/p>\n

Arizona Wildcats vs. UCLA Bruins (Saturday, November 1, 10:30 PM ET)<\/h3>\n

UCLA quarterback Brett Hundley scored on an eight-yard keeper to lift the Bruins to a 40-37 double overtime win over Colorado on Saturday. Hundley went 24-for-39 for 200 yards and a touchdown, while adding 110 yards and the game-winning score on 12 carries. Running back Paul Perkins added 180 yards and two touchdowns of his own.<\/p>\n

However, the Bruins’ defense remains a concern after allowing 500 total yards to unranked Colorado. They may have a more difficult time stopping Arizona’s well balanced attack averaging 348 passing and 193.4 rushing yards per game. Wildcats QB Anu Solomon, in particular, is in excellent form after completing 26 of 38 passes for 294 yards and five touchdowns in a 59-37 blowout against Washington State on Saturday.<\/p>\n
