2017 RBC Canadian Open – Best Golfers to Bet On
Matt Kuchar (+900)
Matt Kuchar is an easy pick to be on the list, since loads of momentum and rhythm will be on his side coming in (currently 22nd in scoring average). Three of his last five events had him finishing inside the top 9, which includes his second-place run at last week’s British Open. The cruising Kuchar has also made the cut nine straight times, and should be able to continue extending the good streak moving forward.
Brandt Snedeker
In terms of having success in the Canadian Open and possessing the right efficiency in a short game, Brandt Snedeker is looking down on almost everyone in the competition, so he too should an automatic inclusion in the list. He ruled the tournament in 2013, where he had one of the finest showings of his career.
Further, The 36-year-old has made the cut in 14 of his 17 events this season, highlighted by his nine finishes inside the top 14 – he is also fresh off a T9 at the US Open.
Charley Hoffman (+1,800)
After an erratic start to the 2017 campaign, where he was virtually failing to make the cut after every other tournament – regardless of how good he was in the event prior – Charley Hoffman has now showed good consistency. He has made the cut in each of his last nine appearances, highlighted by his T8 at the US Open (interestingly one spot higher than Snedeker) and T3 at the Travelers Championship.
Hoffman has four other finished that are inside top eight this season.
