UFC Fight Night 110 will be headlined by the heavyweight showdown between Derrick Lewis and Mark Hunt. Both men possess some serious power in their hands, and can end the fight with a single punch. As such, the odds for this bout are very close. To help with that tough decision, let’s check out who some top MMA experts have picked to win that fight, as well as the other five fights on the main card.

Jonathan Bradley of Fox Sports weighed in with his predictions for the main card of UFC Fight Night 110, and he foresees some stoppages. He thinks four of the six fights will end either via TKO or submission.
As for the winners, though, he’s gone mostly chalk, but believes Ben Nguyen is capable of springing the sole surprise in the main card. Bradley likes Nguyen’s footwork, which he likens to former champions Dominick Cruz and TJ Dillashaw, and believes that could be the deciding factor in him pulling off the upset.
In the main event, Bradley has Derrick Lewis – the slight -140 favorite – scoring a stoppage win over Hunt, which would be something. Bradley firmly believes one of the two will not be standing by the end of this fight, and although he acknowledges that this is a tough one to call, he’s gone with the “Black Beast,” who will have a five-inch height and seven-inch reach advantage.

theScore‘s MMA writers Themistoklis Alexis and Alexander Lee went head-to-head with their Fight Night picks, and they came in agreement in four of the six fights.
They both have the underdog Dan Kelly winning over Derek Brunson, which is a bit surprising. Lee acknowledges that there’s no rational reason to pick Kelly, who is 39 years old and doesn’t look too impressive in the cage, but has somehow still won four in a row. Those results speak for themselves, which is why the two went with “Judo Dan.”
Meanwhile, they also differed in the main event, with Alexis going with Lewis and Lee taking Hunt. While Alexis believes the younger Lewis’ power will finally expose the 43-year-old Hunt’s declining chin, Lee thinks Hunt’s still the vastly superior striker, and can adopt a more measured approach instead of going into an all-out brawl as most expect. He believes that will eventually lead to Lewis opening himself up to one of the “Super Samoan’s” prodigious strikes that will give him the win.

Lewis vs. Hunt | Lewis (-140) | Lewis (-140) |
Brunson vs. Kelly | Brunson (-280) | Kelly (+210) |
Hooker vs. Pearson | Hooker (-165) | Pearson (+135) |

Over at Combat Press, Dan Kuhl and Bryan Henderson both had Lewis over Hunt, but differed in the co-main event between Derek Brunson and Dan Kelly. Henderson thinks Kelly is a more technically superior fighter, and unless Brunson knocks him out, Kelly will likely come out on top. On the other hand, Kuhl is confident Brunson actually can land that knockout blow before Kelly can submit him.
