Both teams, however, will be on collision course tonight in a crucial matchup that may have huge repercussions in the Metropolitan Division standings.

The Islanders may get an added boost to their offense (3.1 goals per game) with Kyle Okposo possibly making a return to action after a nearly two-month absence.
Okposo will be a big help for the Islanders, who are looking to increase their division lead over the Rangers. The Rangers (3.0 goals per game) are only three points behind of the Isles and are looking to win back-to-back for the first time this month. The Rangers are 6-2 in their last right road games, while the Islanders are 6-4 in their last 10 home games.

Cleveland Cavaliers vs. Dallas Mavericks (10:30 PM ET)

LeBron James and the rest of the Cavaliers begin a four-game road trip later tonight when they travel to Texas to face the Mavericks. The Cavs are coming off a two-day rest after beating the Phoenix Suns 89-79 on Saturday and will enter tonight’s contest with a 15-12 SU record thus far this season against Western Conference teams.
The Mavs, on the other hand, survived a gritty Los Angeles Lakers team on Sunday to come away with a 100-93 road win. They’ll return home with a 4-1 ATS record in their last five games in American Airlines Center.
