San Antonio Spurs vs. Oklahoma City Thunder (8:00 PM ET)

Line: San Antonio Spurs (-5.5) vs. Oklahoma City Thunder (+5.5); total: 215.5view all NBA lines

[sc:NBA240banner ]San Antonio is unstoppable right now. It’s tough to say that the Spurs are not, considering they’ve won seven games in a row. The Spurs, who beat the Golden State Warriors 107-92 on Sunday, are also 7-0 ATS during their current win streak. The Spurs try to keep that streak alive as they take on the slumping Thunder, who are on a three-game skid. Led by Russell Westbrook, who‘s averaging 27.7 points per game this season, the Thunder look to get back in the win column with a win over San Antonio. They are 9-1 SU and ATS in their last 10 home games against the Spurs.

Writer’s Prediction

San Antonio (-5.5) wins, 115-105.

Minnesota Wild vs. Chicago Blackhawks (8:30 PM ET)

Line: Minnesota Wild (+130) vs. Chicago Blackhawks (-150); total: 5.0view all NHL lines

After losing three straight at home, the Wild hit the road, where they seem to play better than in Xcel Energy Center. The Wild are on a franchise-best 10-game win streak on the road. They can extend it even longer with a win in Chicago later tonight. That’s going to be easier said than done, however, as the Blackhawks are 6-0 in their last six home games. Minnesota enters tonight’s matchup ranked fifth in scoring with a 2.4 goal per game average. This matchup brings together two of the best defensive teams in the league. Minnesota is fifth in the league in defense (2.4 goals allowed per game), while Chicago is second (2.3 goals per game allowed).

Writer’s Prediction

Chicago (-150) wins, 2-1.
