Michael McDowell (+3300)
McDowell hasn’t really been making noise this season, but he placed seventh in 2021 at Circuit of the Americas and then 13th there last year. Not too shabby for the Front Row Motorsports drive, who does seem to have some great value in him with respect to his odds to win the 2023 EchoPark Automotive Grand Prix.
Bubba Wallace (+5000)
Across a total of six starts this season, Wallace’s best finish so far was a fourth-place at the 2023 Pennzoil 400 presented by Jiffy Lube earlier this month. Since then, Wallace had a 14th place at the 2023 United Rentals Work United 500 and then a 27th at the 2023 Ambetter Health 400. Wallace has a career average finish of 24.9 in road course events, including a couple of top 10s.
Jimmie Johnson (+5000)
Everyone knows who Johnson is and what he means to NASCAR. The legendary driver will be racing this weekend at Circuit of the Americas for the first time ever, though. In 40 career races on road courses, Johnson has 20 top 10s and nine top 5s. He has cracked the top 10 in two of his last three starts in a road course, including a fourth place at the 2020 Go Bowling 235 at Daytona International Speedway Road Course.
