The 2021-22 PGA TOUR is headed down south to the Carribean for the 2022 Puerto Rico Open at at the Grand Reserve Golf Club in Rio Grande. The purse in this tournament isn’t as large as those in the other tournaments, but it’s still great money nonetheless. Last year, Branden Grace won the 2021 edition of the tourney and went home with a pocket full of cash – figuratively speaking, of course – worth $540,000. This time, though, the winner is set to win even more money, with the purse getting a big boost worth $700,000.
