The total amount of prizes to be given away this week at the 2022 World Wide Technology Championship at Mayakoba will be a million more than what the event distributed a year ago. In 2021, the total payout was $7.2 million. Now, it is at $8.2 million, which means that the winner will also be receiving a bigger prize than the $1.296 million received by 2021 winner Carlos Ortiz.
