They now have a golden opportunity to go on their first winning streak when they face either a concussed Nick Foles or the rookie Matt Barkley. The UNDER is 5-2 in the NY Giants’ last 7 road games vs Philadelphia.
The high-octane Chip Kelly offense is slowly running out of quarterbacks. The Eagles were down to their third stringer last week, and Barkley could make his first pro start should Foles be unfit play.
