Chase Elliott
Elliott only has one race so far at Dover International Speedway, but it was a memorable one, as he debuted there back in May with a third-place finish. Elliott placed 13th last Sunday at New Hampshire Motor Speedway, which extended his streak of top 20 finishes to seven races. In addition, Elliott has three races this season in which he made it into the top five, including the third-place finish he accomplished at Chicagoland Speedway earlier this month.
Kyle Larson
You could say that Larson is a Dover Lover. Larson, who finished 10th in New Hampshire last Sunday, has five career races thus far at Dover, finishing inside the top five twice and inside the top 10 four times. With such a tremendous showing in Delaware, it wouldn’t come as a surprise if Larson finally get that W there this coming weekend. He is a tasty pick for those looking for value.
Tony Stewart
Just 15th in the Sprint Cup Series standings, Stewart has some heavy work to do if he intends to avoid elimination. Perhaps a race at Dover will help him greatly, as he’s already succeeded there before in 2013. He hasn’t fared well in his last two races at the track, though, having finished 34th and 26th, respectively. Overall, Stewart has an average finish of 14.15 in Delaware.
