Six golf experts were polled by PGATour.com and four of them picked Dustin Johnson to win at Baltusrol Golf Club this weekend. It’s not hard to see why these experts are so locked in on Johnson. For one, Johnson is the current leader in the FedEx Cup.
But more than that, Johnson has been on a hot streak, finishing with no worse than a T9 in all of his last six starts. That stretch includes back-to-back wins at the U.S. Open and at the WGC-Bridgestone Invitational. In his most recent event, Johnson had a T2 at the RBC Canadian.

The guys over at CBS Sports have a more varied selection. Golf writers Kyle Porter and Robby Kalland tab Rory McIlroy (+850) and Sergio Garcia as their champions, respectively. Meanwhile, golf editor Adam Silverstein names Dustin Johnson as his winner.
Of the three selections, Garcia has the longest odds to win the event at +2,000. Garcia, however, is coming in hot, too, just like Johnson. The 17-year-pro has placed at least fifth in each of his last three events, including a win at the AT&T Byron Nelson last May.
