Ryan Blaney

You have to dig a little beyond the surface of Blaney’s recent performances to realize his value is much better than what his odds of +2,500. Blaney has finished no better than 32nd in four of his last six races but considering he has an average finish of 10.5 in two career races at Pocono, he’s a worthy of at least a value bet. Blaney was 32nd last week in Dover and 24th prior to that in Charlotte.

Erik Jones

No. 77 car of Erik Jones

Sitting on odds +4,000 to win in Pocono, Jones is another overlooked driver primarily because of his lack of Cup experience at Pocono. But it’s also for that same reason that we’re giving Jones the sleeper status, since it’s the perfect setup for the most shocking of wins. Jones has finished inside the top 15 in each of his last two races, including a 7th place in the Coca-Cola 600 on May 28.

Clint Bowyer

Clint Bowyer

Unlike Blaney and Jones, Bowyer has vast experience burning the rubber at Pocono. Bowyer, who is +2,000 to win this weekend, has raced 22 times in Long Pond so far in his career. Of those races, he’s finished in the top five twice and in the top 10 nine times. In his last start, Bowyer ended up 31st in Dover but could’ve done better if it weren’t for some garage issues.
