For those looking to cash in big time on the 2020 Daytona 500, SportsLine says that Martin Truex Jr. could be the driver to give you that huge payday. SportsLine uses a unique model it definitely trusts in helping them make betting decisions, and it seems that Truex is getting the love from it. Truex isn’t among the favorites to win at the Daytona International Speedway, but he’s had some close calls there. Just three years ago, he finished second in 2017’s The Coke Zero Sugar 400 race there. He also finished second during the 2016 Daytona 500. And that should be no surprise to anyone, considering the fact that the Joe Gibbs Racing star is the defending Daytona 500 champion and has been a consistently strong performer at the Daytona International Speedway. Hamlin has two Daytona 500 wins and nine top 10s, including eight top 5s, in 28 career races down in Daytona Beach.

William Blackwell, on his YouTube channel, said that he thinks this is the year that Clint Bowyer finally gets his breakthrough success in Daytona Beach. Bowyer has had a run of unfortunate accidents in each of the last three times he raced at the Daytona International Speedway. Blackwell noted that Bowyer was in the running in those races before getting involved in unwanted situations. Bowyer has four top 5s in 28 career appearances at the Daytona International Speedway.
