2020 Farmers Open Insurance Purse and Prize Money Breakdown

The 2020 Farmers Insurance Open will certainly attract above-average attention for a non-major tournament. For one, this would be Tiger Woods’ first start of the year, which means he can break the all-time record for PGA Tour wins by topping the rest of the field at Torrey Pines Golf Course this coming weekend. The Farmers Insurance Open seems just right for Woods to be his first event of 2020. After all, he has had plenty of great memories – and success – in the tournament, winning it seven times before. His latest win in this tournament was in 2013, when he took home $1.098 million. This year, the winner will pocket $1.35 million – up from last year’s $1.278 million.

In 2018, Jason Day won again and got $1.242 million from the $6.9 million total purse.
