Nashville Predators vs. Pittsburgh Penguins (8:00 PM ET)
Line: Nashville Predators (+125) vs. Pittsburgh Penguins (-145); total: 5.5 – view all NBA lines
The Pittsburgh Penguins have drawn first blood with a blasting 5-3 win in Game 1, but the Nashville Predators and their magical run are still very dangerous.
The Pens, of course, have offense for days – led by future hall-of-famer Sidney Crosby (7 G, 15 A) and his partner in crime, Evgeni Malkin (8 G, 17 A). On top of that, they have the playoff leader in save percentage in Matthew Murray (.936).
Countering that is the team-oriented style of the Predators. PK Subban, Viktor Arvidsson, Flip Forseberg, and the entire team can be capable of going toe-to-toe with the mighty Pens. Their goalie, Pekka Rinne, is also efficient (.934 save percentage).

The Preds (+125) strike back, 3-2.
Washington Nationals vs. San Francisco Giants (8:05 PM ET)
Line: Washington Nationals (-175) vs. San Francisco Giants (+155); total: 7.5 – view all MLB lines
The Nationals have offensive firepower from everywhere, as evidenced in being ahead of everyone in the league in home runs and RBIs, along with each stat in the slash line (batting average, on-base percentage, and slugging percentage). They’ll have Max Scherzer on the mound next, who’s second only to Chris Sale in strikeouts.
For the Giants, they are on an ugly stretch once again, as they have dropped six of their last eight, with the last two coming from the Nats. Buster Posey, Eduardo Nunez, and company have their hands full on offense for the third straight game, and we’ll see if they can help the team avoid a sweep. Longtime Giant hurler Matt Cain will be pitted against Scherzer. He’s 3-3 with a 4.45 ERA in 10 starts this season.
