The 2017 John Deere Classic is wide open, with no player getting odds lower than +1,000 to win. That leaves the door open for a possible sleeper to sneak in and take the title. Let’s check out which players some golf experts picked as their sleepers who could potentially win this tournament.

2017 John Deere Classic Expert Sleeper Picks
PGA Tour – Chad Campbell
As per usual, Rob Bolton of PGATour.com put out his power ranking of the participants of the John Deere Classic, and Chad Campbell cracked into his top 10 despite having long +6,000 odds to win the tournament. But as Bolton cites, Campbell has successfully made the cut in his nine career starts at the John Deere, with four top-15 finishes. Cambell is also coming off a strong T9 finish at Greenbrier, and looks primed for another strong outing.
Golfweek – Jamie Lovemark
Brentley Romine of Golfweek similarly put out his fantasy golf power rankings for the John Deere, and Jamie Lovemark is an interesting name that finished 6th in his rankings. Lovemark is coming off his best finish of the season with a T3 at Greenbrier, which is his fourth top-10 finish of the season. That’s the 10th straight cut he’s made on Tour, and he’s also a perfect 4-of-4 at TPC Deere Run. He’s currently priced at +2,500 to claim his first career Tour win this weekend.
Sports Chat Place – Ben Martin
Randy Chambers of Sports Chat Place has offered up Ben Martin as a possible sleeper pick. Chambers admits Martin hasn’t had the greatest season, as he has just one top-5 finish in 21 tournaments. However, that performance did come fairly recently as he went T5 at the Quicken Loans National. Martin also finished 2nd in this tournament last season, so there’s at least a chance his +4,000 odds to win might pay off this time around.
