The undefeated Buffalo Bills head to Nevada looking for their fourth win in a row to open the season. The Las Vegas Raiders have no plans of being added to the list of victims by Josh Allen and company and will be ready to take on the Bills in hopes of rebounding from a loss at the hands of the first AFC East team they’ve faced this season.

Betting on the Buffalo Bills (-3)
Regular Season Record: 3-0
Josh Allen continues to have success with the Bills’ passing attack. In their 35-32 home win over the Los Angeles Rams last Sunday, Allen came up with 311 passing yards and four touchdowns with just an interception, while completing 24-of-33 passes. And that’s despite missing one of his best receivers for most of the game, as John Brown exited prematurely with a calf injury. Allen is now second in the NFL with 1,038 passing yards and also second in touchdowns passes with 10, to date. Brown was not able to practice on Wednesday, so he is currently deemed questionable for the Raiders game, though, Stefon Diggs and Cole Beasley are both available. Diggs had Rams star cornerback Jalen Ramsey on him in Week 4, but managed to catch four of six targets for 49 receiving yards and a touchdown. The Bills’ high-scoring offense that is averaging 31.0 points per game and 434.0 total yards per contest spell trouble for Las Vegas’ defense that is ranked just 25th and 27th in total defense and scoring defense, respectively.
The over is 3-0 in the Bills’ last three games overall.
Betting on the Las Vegas Raiders (+3)
Regular Season Record: 2-1
The Raiders suffered the franchise’s first loss since moving to Las Vegas last Sunday, as Jay Gruden once again fell short of beating the New England Patriots in a 36-20 road loss. Ball security appears to be the biggest issue for the Raiders in that game, as they lost a fumble three times. Those were momentum-killing turnovers that could be avoided and should not happen again, especially against the Bills, who are so good at converting possessions into points. Derek Carr passed for 261 yards (24/32) to go with two touchdowns, and so far this season, the former Fresno State Bulldogs gunslinger has yet to throw an interception. Carr will look to kickstart his rapport with tight end Darren Waller, who, after exploding in Week 2’s win over the New Orleans Saints, only had nine receiving yards on two catches and four targets. Josh Jacobs will also try to redeem himself after losing a fumble and rushing for just 71 yards on 16 carries in the Patriots game.
The Raiders are 4-1 against the spread in their last five games overall.
Writer’s Prediction
The Raiders win, 26-24.
