Los Angeles Clippers vs. Los Angeles Lakers (10:30 PM ET)
Line: Los Angeles Clippers at Los Angeles Lakers – view all NBA lines
It’s safe to say that the Los Angeles Lakers are in a whole lot of trouble after they crashed to their second consecutive defeat on Wednesday night, losing by 20 big points to the Phoenix Suns. Kobe Bryant was the top-scorer for Los Angeles with 31 points but that wasn’t enough for the Lakers who are still reeling with the news of top draft pick Julius Randle’s season-ending leg injury.
It won’t get any easier for the Lakers as they’ll face the Los Angeles Clippers next. The Clippers started the Steve Ballmer era with a win, although it was tougher than some would have expected. The Clippers found the Thunder a tough nut to crack even without superstars Kevin Durant and Russell Westbrook, winning by just three points, 93-90.
The Lakers are 7-3 in their last 10 meetings with the Clippers at home.
