Los Angeles Clippers vs. Cleveland Cavaliers (8:00 PM ET)

Line: Los Angeles Clippers (+5) at Cleveland Cavaliers (-5); total 214.5 – view all NBA lines

After a hot start, the Los Angeles Clippers (14-5) are in a bit of a rut. They’ve started 0-3 on their current four-game Eastern road trip, with their latest loss coming in a 127-122 double-overtime battle against the Brooklyn Nets. The Clips were without leading scorer Blake Griffin, who was rested for that game, but he should be back in the lineup for their trip to Cleveland.

Meanwhile, the Cavs (13-3) will also be looking to bounce back from some recent road woes. After barely beating the Philadelphia 76ers, they suffered their heaviest loss of the season, 118-101, to the Milwaukee Bucks. The Cavs, though, are 9-1 at home this season, and 3-0 ATS in their last three with a 24-point average margin of victory.

Writer’s Prediction

The Cavs (-5) continue their dominance over the Clippers as they win 112-105.

Dallas Cowboys vs. Minnesota Vikings (8:30 PM ET)

Line: Dallas Cowboys (-3.5) at Minnesota Vikings (+3.5) – view all NFL lines

The best team in football, the Dallas Cowboys, have simply been unstoppable. They won their 10th game in a row in a 31-26 shootout on Thanksgiving against the Washington Redskins. They failed to cover as 5.5-point favorites, which is remarkably the first game they’ve lost against the spread all season. Dallas is 9-1-1 ATS overall.

The Cowboys will look to push their win streak up to 11 games against the Minnesota Vikings, who lost a heartbreaker to the Lions on Thanksgiving. The Vikings have now gone just 1-5 in their last six games. However, the Vikes do remain pretty formidable at home. They are 4-2 (5-1 ATS) on the season, and are 15-5 ATS in their last 20 at home.

Writer’s Prediction

The Cowboys (-3.5) run all over the Vikings en route to a 24-17 win.
