This week in the NFL, four intradivisional games could produce a couple of unexpected results, as could the battle between the top two NFC teams.

TEAM | TRENDS |
---|---|
Indianapolis Colts | 9-1 SU in its last 10 games vs Tennessee |
Seattle Seahawks | 5-0 SU at home this season |
Pittsburgh Steelers | 4-1 ATS in last 5 road games vs Ravens |

1. Indianapolis Colts (-4)
Next Game: vs Tennessee Titans (December 1, 1:00 PM ET)
The Indianapolis Colts have been blown out by almost 30 points in two of their last three games, but sandwiched in between was a win against the Tennessee Titans. With that win, Indianapolis is now 9-1 SU in its last 10 games vs Tennessee. [sc:NFL240banner ]
Andrew Luck needed to orchestrate another 4th quarter comeback on the road against the Titans, but the Colts could find it much easier this time around at home. The Colts are 4-1 ATS in their last 5 home games against Tennessee.
2. Seattle Seahawks (-5.5)
Next Game: vs New Orleans Saints (December 2, 8:30 PM ET)
The Seahawks will have momentum (six wins in a row) and home field advantage (5-0 SU at home this season) going for them in their titanic tilt with the Saints this week.
Another thing they’ll have going for them: the Saints’ road woes. New Orleans is only a disappointing 1-4 ATS on their travels this season.
3. Pittsburgh Steelers (+3)
Next Game: at Baltimore Ravens (November 27, 8:30 PM ET)
The Ravens are just about unbeatable at home (22-3 SU in their last 25 games), but two of those three losses have been to their division rivals and next opponents, the Pittsburgh Steelers.
The Steelers are 3-0 SU and ATS in the build-up to their visit to Baltimore, where they are 4-1 ATS in their last 5 games.
4. Tampa Bay Buccaneers (+8)
Next Game: at Carolina Panthers (December 1, 1:00 PM ET)
Since losing to the Panthers last month, the Buccaneers have become the hottest team in the NFL ATS, reeling off four straight wins ATS. Three of those wins have come as underdogs, which includes a very close 27-24 loss at Seattle as 16-point dogs. [sc:NFL240banner ]
Mike Glennon has been outstanding for the Bucs, especially on the road. In three road games, the rookie QB has completed almost 65 percent of his passes, with 6 TDs and no INTs.
5. San Francisco 49ers (-9.5)
Next Game: vs St. Louis Rams (December 1, 4:05 PM ET)
The 49ers are one of the top coverers in the NFL this season at 7-3-1 ATS. After brief hiccups against the Panthers and Saints – both potential playoff teams – the San Francisco offense clicked back into gear with a dominating 27-6 win over the Washington Redskins.
In their meeting at St. Louis earlier this year, the Niners blew out the Rams 35-11. They have also covered spreads of over 9 points twice this season – vs Arizona (-10) and at Jacksonville (-16).
