Midwest No. 11 Gonzaga (Overall: 26-7, Conf: 15-3)
Team Strengths:
Even after 7-1 senior Przemek Karnowski went down early in the year, Gonzaga’s strength remains its tall and talented frontcourt, which is fully capable of dominating inside. Kyle Wiltjer and Domantas Sabonis scored close to half of the Zags’ points per game, and will be integral in carrying them deep in the tourney.
They also have a terrific defense predicated on taking away the three-point shot. They were No. 5 in the nation in three-point percentage allowed (29.7 percent).

Team Weaknesses:
As rock solid as the Gonzaga frontcourt is, the backcourt is less dependable. They have two seniors in Eric McClellan and Kyle Dranginis, but neither is really a consistent scoring threat. A lot will be riding on freshman point guard Josh Perkins to run his team, but his up-and-down play this year could be the Zags’ undoing.Team Stats:
