Betting on the Kansas City Chiefs (-2.0)

Regular Season Record: 9-2

Kansas City is picking apart teams that cross paths with it over the last several weeks. The Chiefs are coming off a 26-10 home win over the Los Angeles Rams, which extended their undefeated streak to five games. They have beaten the likes of the San Francisco 49ers, Tennessee Titans, and the Los Angeles Chargers in that span. Patrick Mahomes is a world-beating quarterback, who leads the Chiefs’ all-world offense that is averaging the most points in the NFL today, producing 29.6 points per game and 430 total yards per outing. That seems to be too much for Cincinnati’s defense which has allowed 57 points over the last couple of weeks.

The Over is 8-1 in the Chiefs’ last nine road games.

Betting on the Cincinnati Bengals (+2.0)

Regular Season Record: 7-4

The Bengals have momentum going into this showdown with Kansas City. They have just taken down the Tennessee Titans on the road in Week 12, 20-16 to win their third game in a row. And the Bengals have won those games despite not having Joe Mixon and Ja’Marr Chase in at least two of those outings. Samaje Perine and Tee Higgins have proven to be capable top options behind Mixon and Chase, respectively. Cincinnati could get a big hand this week, with Chase potentially returning to action from a hip injury.

The Bengals are 7-1 against the spread in their last eight home games.
