Betting on the Las Vegas Raiders (-2.0)

Regular Season Record: 2-4

Raiders running back Josh Jacobs is a mean machine. In Week 7, he rushed for 143 yards and three touchdowns on 20 carries. He has now rushed for at least 143 yards in three straight games and scored six rushing touchdowns over that stretch. The Saints might not be ready for Jacobs, especially after getting torched defensively in Week 7 by the Cardinals, who had Eno Benjamin going off in that game for 92 rushing yards and a touchdown on 12 carries.

The Raiders are 3-0 against the spread in their last three games overall.

Betting on the New Orleans Saints (+2.0)

Regular Season Record: 2-5

Should the Saints return to Jameis Winston as the starting quarterback? But whoever starts between Andy Dalton and Jameis Winston on Sunday might not matter in the end, as the Saints have many other problems on both sides of the ball. That being said, they can be at least better offensively if Michael Thomas and Jarvis Landry could return in Week 8 after both missed the Arizona game. In any case, New Orleans has running back Alvin Kamara, who is still one of the best in his position, and you can’t ever discount Taysom Hill, who’s always a threat to come out of nowhere to provide stellar numbers.

The Over is 4-0 in the Saints’ last four games overall.
