Animals, Celebrities, and Machines Super Bowl 50 Predictions
1. Puppies
One could only imagine how ashamed dogs are for being associated with Cleveland, but at least they’re still willing to offer their predictions for the upcoming Super Bowl 50. In this case, a group of puppies was asked to pick who between the Broncos and Panthers will take home the Vince Lombardi Trophy as part of the promotion of the Puppy Bowl XII.They maybe canines, but they’re not going for the underdog, as these puppies are expecting Cam Newton and the favored Panthers to emerge victorious in Santa Clara.
2. Baby Tortoises
Tortoises may be slow on their feet, but that’s definitely not the case when it comes to picking a Super Bowl winner. In fact, a bunch of baby Red-Foot tortoises from Moody Gardens in Galveston, Texas has picked the Panthers to win. Considering that tortoises are among the smartest animals out there, we sure do trust their judgements.
3. Teddy the Porcupine
What’s up with these animals not trusting the Broncos? Don’t they know who Peyton Manning is? Fortunately, at least one prophetic pet is siding with Denver. And that would be Teddy Bear the porcupine, who revealed in a YouTube video that he’s pulling for Manning to win Super Bowl 50 and possibly retire a champ.
4. Apollo the Lion
He’s the king of the jungle and he’s tied his ship to the king of quarterbacks – Peyton Manning and the Denver Broncos. When asked for comment, Apollo shrugged off the media and the cameras. “It’s a damn shame,” Leon the Panther said. “This is classic cat on cat crime and I’m afraid that Apollo won’t be welcomed in our board meetings anymore.”
5. Tibet the Tiger
In what is probably the best piece of internet footage we’ve seen in at least ten hours, Tibet the Tiger chases down her pick to take Super Bowl 50. She jumps on the Carolina Panthers bandwagon and is immediately enamored with the speed of the team. What is shocking, is how much slower Peyton Manning, CJ Anderson and Ronnie Hillman combined are than the NFC Champions. Yet, the Broncos car was so much quicker, it’s truly mind boggling.
6. Piglets make their picks!
Two piglets make a made dish for the goal line on Live with Kelly and Michael. Strahan knows a thing or two about chasing quarterbacks, but this time he was guiding the pigs with his co-host. None the less, the Denver Broncos piglet could not be stopped. So used to eating slop, the young porker couldn’t resist the bright lights of morning television and the chance at being the next big animal celebrity.
We’re not sure where the pig is now, word has it was last seen boarding it’s yacht in Bermuda with a bottle of Dom in hoof.
