Steve Hennessey | Tony Finau |
Christopher Powers | Matthew Wolff |
Hennessey is liking the chances of Finau, largely because of the relatively slim field this week at TPC Twin Cities. But Hennessey also cited Finau’s impressive birdie game, which is true since the Salt Lake City native is currently 10th on the Tour with a birdie average of 4.34. Meanwhile, Powers is making it simple. He is going for the defending champ in Wolff, who’s also coming off a T22 at the Memorial Tournament last week. Finau is +1200 to win the 2020 3M Open, while Wolff is +2500 to win it again.

Mike McClure | Erik van Rooyen |
McClure’s model is expecting a great performance from van Rooyen at TPC Twin Cities. For McClure, van Rooyen is a high-value pick, considering the golfer’s odds of +4000 to win the 2020 3M Open. Last week at the Memorial Tournament, van Rooyen finished inside the top 10 in Greens in Regulation and Strokes Gained: Tee-to-Green. His best finish to date this season is a T3 at the World Golf Championships-Mexico Championship back in February.

Rob Bolton | Harris English |
Ben Everill | Tony Finau |
Cameron Morfit | Matthew Wolff |
Mike McAllister | Tommy Fleetwood |
PGA.com experts have varied selections, as you can see in the table above. English is currently +2500 to win the 2020 3M Open. He has yet to win this season but has five top-five finishes in 14 starts. As for Fleetwood, McAllister doesn’t think will be a factor for the Englishman, who hasn’t played since THE PLAYERS Championship last March. Fleetwood, who finished third at The Honda Classic last March, is +1400 to win this weekend.

Ryan Simpson, TB News Editor | Tony Finau |
Finau finished 23rd overall at the 2019 3M Open. He’s also not won anything this season, but it seems that this week is a great chance for Finau to finally end his drought, especially after finishing eighth at the Memorial Tournament, his best finish since a solo second at the Waste Management Phoenix Open way back in February. Check out Finau’s matchup odds here.
