The Rocket Mortgage Classic is a relatively new event in the PGA TOUR, as it only started in 2019. That year, Nate Lashley topped the tournament by scoring 65-under 263 to edge Doc Redman by six strokes and win the grand prize worth $1.314 million. The purse at the time was at $7.3 million. The following year, Bryson DeChambeau won by three strokes over Matthew Wolf, as he scored 23-under 265 to take home $1.35 million.
