Mike McClure | Ryan Blaney |
The model of SportsLine’s Mike McClure is looking at a great performance by Ryan Blaney at Kentucky Speedway. Blaney, who is +1200 to win the 2020 Quaker State 400, is hoping to recover quickly from his 32nd-place performance at the Big Machine Hand Sanitizer 400 last weekend. He could dod that at the Kentucky Speedway, where he’s finished inside the top 10 twice in four career starts. His best finish there to date was a runner-up at the 2018 version of the Quaker State 400. Blaney’s only win so far this season was at the GEICO 500 at Talladega Superspeedway last June.

Rocky Atkinson | Denny Hamlin |
Andy Lang | Matt Kenseth |
Hamlin (+600) is another driver aiming to shake off the bad taste of a bad last start, as he’s finished just 28th at the Indianapolis Motor Speedway. That performance snapped his incredible streak of top-four finishes, during which he’s won two races at the Toyota 500 and Dixie Vodka 400. Hamlin hasn’t won at Kentucky Speedway, but in nine starts there, he’s collected four top 5s and seven top 20s.
Kenseth (+4000) surprised a lot of people when he finished second overall at the Indianapolis Motor Speedway out of nowhere last Sunday, but for Andy Lang of WagerTalk TV, that’s not a fluke. Will Kenseth bring that kind of form to this week’s race? Let’s just say that Kenseth has a win, three top 5s, and six top 10s in eight career starts there.

PJ Walsh | Alex Bowman |
PJ Walsh of the Action Network is seeing great value on Alex Bowman, who’s +1800 to win the 2020 Quaker State 400. Walsh’s confidence in Bowman is anchored on the driver’s performance in past races held at tracks similar to the Kentucky Motor Speedway. Bowman, however, has just a 30.75 career average finish in Sparta.

Ryan Simpson, TB News Editor | Kevin Harvick |
Ryan Simpson thinks Kevin Harvick will continue to be hot. Harvick has been on a roll, winning two races in the last three races and has four on the season. Harvick’s momentum could fuel his success at Kentucky Motor Speedway, where he’s not won before. Harvick has a career average finish of 10.78 in nine races there.
