All eyes are on WrestleMania 36 for a variety of obvious reasons. But despite the bat doo-doo crazy setting behind this whole thing, The Undertaker vs AJ Styles Boneyard Match is a one to watch in itself. Why? Odds are on an Undertaker retirement at the end of this, or at the very least you can bet on this being his last WrestleMania match (vs appearance). Expectedly, the Vegas line favors The Undertaker (-450) but it wouldn’t be WrestleMania without a shocker. Will this be one of them?

Betting on The Undertaker (-450 Odds to Win)
WrestleMania Win/Loss Record:
- 24-2
Physical Stats:
- Height: 6′ 10″

There’s a lot of talk about the 55 year old legend retiring after WrestleMania, and with this weekend’s event being a Boneyard match there could be no better fitting end to a storied career. The Vegas odds of -450 over AJ Styles reflect that. It would be an abomination for The Undertaker to leave the weekend without the win. Just can’t see it happening. But we can also look to historical data, as The Undertaker has an insane 24-2 win-loss record at WrestleMania PPV, winning 98.5% of the time. That makes him the winningest WWE “Super Bowl” wrestler of all time.
Betting on AJ Styles (+325 Odds to Win)
WrestleMania Win/Loss Record:
- 3-1
Physical Stats:
- Height: 5′ 11″
- Weight: 218 lbs
- Age: 42
On paper AJ Styles doesn’t seem to have much of a chance at WrestleMania 36. His opponent is bigger and stronger, but that’s beside the point, isn’t it? Will the WWE really leave fans with a bad taste in their mouth amidst an already controversial event by letting The Undertaker retire without a win over this heel?
Styles has a 3-1 record at WrestleMania, so he’s not a total lost cause. Plus, his road to the big event may paint a picture for a successful revenge against The Undertaker. The Undertaker defeated Styles at Super Showdown in Saudi Arabia and interfered to cause another loss for Styles in his match against Aleister Black at the Elimination Chamber, both of which led to AJ Styles’ WrestleMania challenge to the legend on Raw. Will AJ Styles really fall victim for a third time in a row?
Writer’s Prediction
The Undertaker buries AJ Styles in the Boneyard, and can comfortably retire (should he choose to) as one of the greatest of all time.
