The 21 year old already has the skills to dominate the PGA Tour; he’s ranked third in tee-to-green strokes gained (1.615), second in total strokes gained (2.155), third in birdie average (4.44) and first in scoring average (68.922).
Rolings believes Spieth should be able to capture his third major in a row considering he remains consistent. Spieth is already looking hot to capture the British Open title after winning the John Deere Classic last week and Rory McIlroy (ruptured ankle ligaments) officially withdrawing from competing at this week’s major.

Sports Unbiased’s Adam Solowiei doesn’t give his predictions to win the 2015 British Open per se; he gives us four players who could flourish at the upcoming major.
Adam Scott tops Solowiei’s list. He’s finished well in the last three British Open tournaments, finishing second, third and fifth from 2012 to 2014 respectively. Solowiei also believes that Spieth is a must-have for all betting cards ahead of the British Open.
Solowiei also gives a couple of sleepers in Lee Westwood and Paul Casey. The last time the British Open was held at St. Andrews, Westwood finished with a solo second-place finish and Casey finished tied for third.
FanSided is going for Rickie Fowler, Cameron La Fontaine reports. The young hot shot is one of the most promising prospects this season, finishing in the top five of all four majors in 2014. Fowler is showing the strength and passion to excel in golf’s grandest stages and is due for a win.
Fowler will also have some momentum on his side having recently won the Scottish Open at Gullane. Getting himself accustomed to the links style courses in Europe should prove beneficial to his British Open run at St. Andrews.
