Colt Knost (+2,500)

Knost finished just tied for 67th place in the DEAN & DELUCA Invitational last week, but that shouldn’t dampen much of nine-year pro’s spirits, considering his fantastic form in the two previous tournaments. Knost had back-to-back T5 finishes in THE PLAYERS Championship and AT&T Byron Nelson before the aforementioned deep at the Colonial. Knost has made the cut in each of his last seven tournaments and has placed no lower than T15 in two of his last three visits of TPC Southwind.

Retief Goosen (+5,000)

Don’t sleep on Goosen. The South African may have not won this season yet nor made a T10 finish, but he’s trending in the right direction. Goosen has been finished inside the top 15 in his previous two starts, finishing with a T12 in THE PLAYERS Championship and a T14 in the Wells Fargo Championship. Moreover, Goosen has made the cut in all tournaments he participated in since January.

Chad Campbell (+5,000)

It’s alright to feel soupy about Campbell. Campbell’s best days are now behind him, but that doesn’t mean the three-time Ryder Cup competitor doesn’t have a shot of shocking everyone in the St. Jude’s Classic. For one, the 42-year-old has surprisingly finished with consecutive top 12’s in his last two events, which includes a T10 in the DEAN & DELUCA Invitational last week.
