1. Alabama Crimson Tide (-25.5)

Next Game: at Mississippi State Bulldogs (November 16, 7:45 PM ET)

The top-ranked Tide are coming off an impressive 38-17 victory over their fierce rivals LSU last week as they march on to another National Championship game. That win pushed Alabama to 4-0 ATS in their last 4 games; in those games, the Tide easily covered massive spreads of 26.5, 29.5, 27.5 and 14 with 41, 52, 35 and 21 point margins of victory, respectively. Now that is domination.

Against their next opponent Mississippi State, ‘Bama is 4-1 SU in their last 5 road games and 4-1 ATS in their last 5 games overall.

2. Baylor Bears (-27)

Next Game: vs Texas Tech Red Raiders (November 16, 7:00 PM ET)

This season, Baylor has been one of the most dependable coverers in all of college football with a sterling 7-1-0 ATS mark. They have been especially reliable at the Floyd Casey Stadium, as their FBS-best 6-0 ATS home record can attest. Five of those six wins were with spreads of 28+ points.

None of this bodes well for their next opponents, Texas Tech. After many years of torment, Baylor now has the upper hand over their in-state neighbor. The #5-ranked Bears are 2-15 in their last 17 meetings with the Red Raiders, but those two wins have come in the last two meetings.

3. Stanford Cardinal (-3.5)

Next Game: at USC Trojans (November 16, 8:00 PM ET)

#4 Stanford is one of the hottest teams in college football. They have won three straight games SU and ATS – all against ranked opposition (#9 UCLA, #25 Oregon State and #3 Oregon), and are now a sizzling 16-1 SU in their last 17 games.

Stanford now sets its sights on one of their biggest and oldest rivals – USC. The Cardinal have put a curse on the Trojans in recent years, going 5-2 SU and 6-1 ATS in their last 7 road games vs USC.

4. Ohio State Buckeyes (-32.5)

Next Game: at Illinois Illini (November 16, 12:00 PM ET)

#3 Ohio State has been money on the road this season. They are 3-0 SU and ATS in their travels, including last week’s 56-0 demolition of Purdue to cover a 31.5-point spread.

The Buckeyes are now 7-2 ATS on the season, and are 5-0 SU in their last 5 road games vs this week’s opposition, the 3-6 Illini.

5. Washington State Cougars (+13)

Next Game: at Arizona Wildcats (November 16, 2:00 PM ET)

Yes, Washington State’s 2013 records of 4-5 SU and 6-3 ATS aren’t incredibly special. However, this year’s Cougars have excelled on the road, where they could be underestimated by some of their opponents.

As a result, Washington State owns a perfect 4-0 ATS slate on the road, with a 3-0 ATS record as a road underdog. The Cougars’ notable road covers were at Auburn, USC and Oregon, where they beat a massive 40-point spread.
