Central Michigan Chippewas vs. Toledo Rockets (12:00 PM ET)

Line: Central Michigan Chippewas (+10.5) vs. Toledo Rockets (-10.5); total: 62.0 – view all NCAA Football odds and lines

Winners of back-to-back games, the Chippewas are now hoping to have their second three-game winning streak this season. To do so, the team will again need another big night from QB Cooper Rush and his receivers. Rush is averaging 293 passing yards per game this season, along with 18 TDs, and has four receivers that average 15 or more yards per catch.

The defense should also step up. Giving up 350 yards per game is not good, and their inability to rush the passer (1.4 sacks per game) could see them get blown out again, especially against Toledo.

For Toledo, who will be playing in front of their home crowd, Central Michigan’s firepower is not a concern. They have an offense that can counter what the visitors have in store. Led by QB Logan Woodside’s return, the Rockets have jumped into being a top 10 team in scoring (43 points per game).

Middle Tennessee State Blue Raiders vs. Missouri Tigers (4:00 PM ET)

Line: Middle Tennessee Blue Raiders (+7.5) vs. Missouri Tigers (-7.5); total: 73.5 – view all NCAA Football odds and lines

QB Brent Stockstill and his Middle Tennessee State Blue Raiders will look to bounce back from last week’s heartbreaking 43-44 double overtime loss to Western Kentucky. The junior and his leading receiver, Richie James, had huge stats in the game, connecting for 16 catches for 223 yards and two TDs.

Expect the stat-stuffing duo to try have a similar performance. Stockstill 2091 passing yards (348 per game) is eighth in the nation, while James’ is sixth in catches (57) and seventh in receiving yards (776).

Missouri’s QB Drew Lock doesn’t quite have Stockstill’s productivity. He’s netting a decent 286 passing yards per game, along with 14 TDs, but he only has a 54-percent completion rate. What he does have, though, are receivers that are capable of big plays any time – four guys in his receiving corps are gaining 17 or more yards. It will, as always, be led by J’Mon Moore, the most reliable wideout on the roster (six TDs, 465 yards on 17 yards per catch).
