The Bills are coming off a much-needed bye week and are now locked and loaded to face the Tampa Bay Buccaneers who might be (at press) without QB Jameis Winston at Ralph Wilson Stadium on Sunday in Week 7. Winston suffered a sprained AC joint in his throwing shoulder in his Week 6 loss to the Arizona Cardinals. He is currently day-to-day so be sure to check back here for daily updates. If he is absent, life much easier for Buffalo, who has won three of their first five games going into the bye.

Betting on the Tampa Bay Buccaneers (2-3)
Tampa Bay has now joined the quarterback injury drama as they are dealing with Jameis Winston’s day-to-day status with a sprained AC joint. When Winston left during Week 6 contest against the Arizona Cardinals, it looked like a bad injury as the news of day-to-day is huge for this team as they still have a great shot at causing damage in the division.
Right now, Tampa Bay holds a 2-3 record and last place in the NFC South as the next couple of divisional games are going to be ones to watch. In order for Tampa to keep the race tight in their division, they must tighten up on defense.
Tampa Bay is ranked 31st in the league with allowing over 300 yards per game, but do have the 2nd best passing attack in the NFL behind quarterback Winston. If they are able to fix up the defense, it is going to be a deadly one-two punch.
Betting on the Buffalo Bills (3-2)
The Buffalo Bills are coming off their bye week as they should be well prepared for the Buccaneers in their Week 7 matchup in Buffalo. Before the bye week, they were unable to take care of the Bengals as they fell 16-20, but have been consistent in prior games against the Broncos and Falcons.
Once Buffalo gets their offense going, it is hard to stop as they have scored over 23 points against top teams like Denver and Atlanta. Buffalo must get their running game going again as LeSean McCoy has been quiet all year but has a great chance to shine against a weak Tampa defense.
With Tampa Bay having one of the worst defenses in the league, McCoy will be able to improve on his 279 total rushing yards on the season. Quarterback Tyrod Taylor will also get a good look as his best passing game has been noted at 224 yards. Buffalo has a great matchup, let’s see if they capitalize on this great chance.
Writer’s Prediction:
Even if Winston were to play, he is going to be dealing with some added pain in his throwing arm. Against a weak Tampa Defense, LeSean McCoy is going to have a historic day on the ground. Pick: Bills
