This will be JJ Watt’s final game of his legendary football career, so expect the pass rusher to go all out. Watt still has plenty of juice left in him but has decided that he will retire at the end of the 2022 NFL season. He can wreak havoc for one more time in Week 18 against the Niners. Meanwhile, David Blough is expected to start under center for Arizona versus San Francisco. He had 222 passing yards and a touchdown with zero interceptions on 24/40 completions. He is not a QB1 quality but he’ll do for now for Arizona, which hopes to get more production downfield. Greg Dortch could be remembered having 103 receiving yards on nine catches and 10 targets in Arizona’s 38-10 home loss to the 49ers back in Week 11 in Mexico.

Regular Season Record: 12-4
The Niners still have a shot at winning the No. 1 overall seed in the playoffs in the NFC, so motivation in Week 18 isn’t a question for San Francisco. Plus, they have an opportunity to extend their win streak to 10 games to punctuate their amazing regular season. In their last outing, the Niners scored a 37-34 come-from-behind overtime win on the road against the Las Vegas Raiders in Week 17. Christian McCaffrey roasted Las Vegas’ defense for 121 rushing yards and a touchdown on 19 carries while also posting 72 receiving yards on six catches.
The 49ers are 4-0 against the spread in their last 4 home games.
