[sc:MultiSportArticles ]Baltimore Orioles vs. Toronto Blue Jays (7:07 PM ET)
Line: Baltimore Orioles (-105) at Toronto Blue Jays (-105); total 9.0 – view all MLB lines
The Orioles will send Miguel Gonzales (5-6, 3.93 ERA) to the mound later tonight as they look to bounce back from their disappointing performance against the Blue Jays yesterday when they were almost no-hit in a 5-1 defeat.
[sc:MLB240banner ]Gonzales was impeccable last July, going past the sixth inning in all four of his starts while recording a 1.82 ERA as the Orioles went 3-1 in these games. However, he hit a roadblock in his last game as he gave up four runs in just five innings in a loss against the Seattle Mariners.
The Blue Jays, on the other hand, will give the ball to starting pitcher J.A. Happ (8-5, 4.25 ERA). He pitched well in his last start against the Astros, surrendering only a run on three hits in seven innings of work. Happ has pitched well at home, recording a 3.42 ERA in Toronto this season.
The Blue Jays are 7-3 in their last 10 home games, while the Orioles have the same record in their last 10 games on the road. Baltimore, however, is 3-2 in their last five meetings with Toronto at Rogers Centre.

Writer’s Prediction
The Blue Jays (-105) will sustain the momentum from their win last night and cut the Orioles’ lead to three.
Los Angeles Dodgers vs. Los Angeles Angels (10:05 PM ET)
Line: Los Angeles Dodgers (EVEN) at Los Angeles Angels (-110); total 7.5 – view all MLB lines
Hyun-Jin Ryu (12-5, 3.39 ERA) has been impressive in his last four starts for the Dodgers, going at least six innings in each of those games, while allowing seven earned runs in total. The Dodgers won all of those starts and they will be looking to do the same later tonight against the Angels who will send C.J. Wilson (8-7, 4.74 ERA) to the mound in their bid to tie the series.
Wilson will be eager to atone for his bad performance last time out when he allowed six runs and six hits in just 1.1 innings of work in a 10-3 defeat to the Tampa Bay Rays August 2nd. In fact, in his last four games, Wilson has not passed the five-inning mark.
The Dodgers are 6-4 in their last 10 road games while the Angels are an even 5-5 in their last 10 games at home. The Angels, however, are 3-2 in their last five meetings with the Dodgers at Anaheim.
Writer’s Prediction
It will be a pitching mismatch as Ryu will power the Dodgers (EVEN) to an easy win over a struggling Wilson and the Angels. Create a betting account now and cash in on these exciting baseball games.
