The last time these two squads met was back in November at Oracle Arena, wherein the Golden State Warriors imposed their will towards a 106-94 win. But now, it’s the Bulls’ turn to play host to the defending champions at the United Center.
[sc:NBA240banner ]Chicago heads into this matchup with a respectable home record of 15-7 and is fresh off a resounding 10-point triumph opposite Detroit last Monday. Starring in that game was Pau Gasol, who led the way with a game-high 31 points and 12 rebounds under his belt. Gasol had 14 points (6-of-12 shooting), 10 rebounds and three dimes in their first meeting with the Warriors.
Speaking of the Warriors, they’ll be carrying some serious momentum as well for this game thanks to a lopsided 132-98 win over the Cavaliers. In that contest, Stephen Curry erupted for 35 points and trailing him was Andre Iguodala with 20 of his own.
Curry, in particular, should be able to replicate his performance against the Bulls as he’s played extremely well on the road this season with averages of 33.4 points, 5.5 rebounds and 6.3 assists while shooting 47.7 percent from down town.
Golden State is 6-4 SU and 5-4-1 ATS in its last 10 road games. Chicago, meanwhile, is 6-4 SU and 5-5 ATS in its past 10 games at home.

Writer’s Prediction
Warriors (-6.5) ride on another big-time performance from Stephen Curry and eventually emerge triumphant once again. They don’t cover the spread, however.
Sacramento Kings vs. Los Angeles Lakers (10:30 PM ET)
Line: Sacramento Kings (-6.5) vs. Los Angeles Lakers (+6.5); total: 215.0– view all NBA lines
The Kings enter this game as winners of five of their last eight games, as well as their last two. They should be able to stay on track against a mediocre Lakers squad that they’ve beaten in their first two meetings this season. In those wins, DeMarcus Cousins has been unstoppable, posting 25.0 points and 10.5 rebounds. Another big night from Cousins is expected as he goes up against one of the worst defensive teams in the league right now.
On the other side, the Lakers march into this game having lost their last three games. They also haold a sad 5-13 record at Staples Center. They’ll be hoping that Kobe Bryant could suit up and continue providing some leadership on the floor. Bryant is averaging a team-high of 16.3 PPG and 3.5 APG across 35 games this season. He also shot 10-of-19 from the field for 28 points during their last meeting with Sacramento.
If Bryant sits out this game though, the pressure will be on the young guys—Julius Randle (10.6 PPG), Jordan Clarkson (15.2 PPG) and D’Angelo Russell (11.9 PPG)—to lead the way for the purple and gold. Those three are all posting double-figures this season but have had a tough time in executing down the stretch.
Sacramento is 5-5 SU and 7-3 ATS in its previous 10 road games. Los Angeles, meanwhile, is 3-7 SU and 5-5 ATS in its last 10 games at home.
Writer’s Prediction
Lakers’ (-6.5) offense and defense surprisingly gets it going to help them edge past the Kings, 108-103.
