Washington Wizards vs. Chicago Bulls (8:00 PM ET)
Line: Washington Wizards at Chicago Bulls – view all NBA lines
The Chicago Bulls extended their winning streak to two games with an emphatic 126-115 victory over the Los Angeles Lakers on Sunday. Six players scored in double-figures for the Bulls who denied Kobe Bryant the win in his final game at the United Center. Key to the Bulls’ resurgence has been their improved offensive play. They’re averaging 121 points over their last two games.
They will look to continue their excellent form when they lock horns with the Washington Wizards later tonight. Fred Hoiberg’s men will have their work cut out for them, however, against a Washington side that has dominated their matchup of late. The Wizards have won three of their last four games against the Bulls. Washington trounced Chicago, 114-100, in their first meeting at United Center this season.
The Wizards are 7-3 SU and 9-1 ATS in their last 10 road games against the Bulls.
Writer’s Prediction
Chicago edges past Washington, 108-103.
San Antonio Spurs vs. Sacramento Kings (10:30 PM ET)
Line: San Antonio Spurs vs. Sacramento Kings – view all NBA lines
The San Antonio Spurs stretched their unbeaten run to two games with a nervy 118-111 victory over the Phoenix Suns on Sunday. Patty Mills racked up a career-high six three-pointers for the Spurs who moved to within 3.5 games of the league-leading Golden State Warriors in the Western Conference standings.
They will look to slice that deficit even further when they face the Sacramento Kings later tonight. For the Spurs to accomplish that feat, they will need to continue their excellent play on the defensive end. The five-time NBA champions are allowing just 92.7 points per game this season, the fewest in the NBA this campaign. They held Sacramento to just 88 points in their first encounter this season.
The Spurs are 9-1 SU and 5-5 ATS in their last 10 games against the Kings.
