The favorites (view here) are always the hot commodities on the betting board, but that doesn’t mean you’ll only have such drivers on your shortlist. Here are three value sleeper picks for this coming weekend’s race in Indiana.
Byron is doing just enough to be in the playoff picture. He’s really picked it up since late May, as he headed into the 2020 Pocono 350 with five top 15s (three top 10s) in his previous six starts. Speaking of improvement, Byron made a great leap at the Indianapolis Motor Speedway, where he finished 19th in his NASCAR Cup Series debut there in 2018 before going fourth in last year’s Big Machine Vodka 400 at the Brickyard Powered By Florida Georgia Line.
Bowyer might be frustrating a lot of sleeper-hunters this season, but bettors should keep their faith in him, at least for this upcoming race at the Indianapolis Motor Speedway, where his last two appearances there resulted in a pair of fifth-place finishes. So far in his career, Bowyer has four top 5s, five top 10s, and 12 top 20s in 14 career races at the Indianapolis Motor Speedway. His career average finish there is 13.5.
