Betting on the Buffalo Bills (-4)

Regular Season Record: 2-0

The Bills are scary. That is a fair, albeit brief, assessment of Josh Allen and company, especially after they mauled the Tennessee Titans at home Monday. Allen threw for 317 yards and four touchdowns, three of which were caught by wide receiver Stefon Diggs. Diggs has now recorded at least 100 receiving yards in each of the first two games of the season, and it doesn’t look like he’s going to slow down anytime soon. Buffalo also demolished the Titans even though the Bills were missing Gabriel Davis, who was out with an ankle injury. It’s likely that Davis will return to action in Week 3, so that’s a big plus for the Bills, whose defense has also been flexing its muscle this season, allowing just 17 points total thus far.

The Bills are 7-1-1 against the spread in their last nine games against AFC East teams.

Betting on the Miami Dolphins (+4)

Regular Season Record: 2-0

Like Josh Allen, Tua Tagovailoa also put up a show in Week 3, as he led the Dolphins to a 42-38 come-from-behind win on the road over Lamar Jackson and the Baltimore Ravens. Tagovailoa passed for 469 yards and six touchdowns with two interceptions on 36/50 completions. Life just gets easier for Tagovailoa now that he has incredible weapons downfield in Tyreek Hill and Jaylen Waddle. Hill had 190 receiving yards and two touchdowns against Baltimore, while Waddle had 171 receiving yards and two touchdowns as well. Buffalo can’t sleep on this rejuvenated Dolphins who just took down a Super Bowl contender by fighting fire with fire.

The Dolphins are 6-1 against the spread in their last seven home games.
