The Buffalo Bills steamrolled past Aaron Rodgers and the Green Bay Packers in Week 8’s 17-17 win at home coming off a bye. The Bills have now won four games in a row and they can extend that streak to five when they face the New York Jets for the first time this season. The Jets saw their four-game win streak get snapped in a 22-17 home loss to the New England Patriots last Sunday. Will the Bills deal New York a loss? Or will the Jets get back in the win column by upsetting Buffalo? Check out our preview of this Bills vs Jets game in Week 9 of the 2022 NFL regular season.

Betting on the Buffalo Bills (-12.5)
Regular Season Record: 6-1
Josh Allen passed for 218 yards and two touchdowns with two interceptions against the Packers, while wide receiver Stefon Diggs led everyone in the game with 108 receiving yards and a touchdown on six receptions and eight targets. Allen had two passes intercepted, which he will have to take a look at before facing an opportunistic Jets secondary on Sunday. Buffalo still has one of the best offenses in the NFL that can crush any opponent on any given week.
The Bills, who entered Week 8 ranked second in the NFL with 29.3 points per game, are 7-2-1 against the spread in their last 10 games versus their rivals in the AFC East division.
Betting on the New York Jets (+12.5)
Regular Season Record: 5-3
Forced to pass more after the season-ending injury of running back Breece Hall, Zach Wilson failed to lead the Jets to a win over the Pats. Wilson had three passes intercepted. He did have two touchdown passes and 355 passing yards, but completed only 20 of his 41 pass attempts. That said, it shouldn’t be forgotten that the Jets have been good enough this season to rack up four wins in a row, thanks mainly to their defense that is only allowing fewer than 20 points per game this season. New York also is tied for third this season with nine interceptions, so don’t be surprised if the Jets have some success containing Allen and his receivers.
The Jets are 4-1 against the spread in their last five games overall.
Writer’s Prediction
The Bills win, 30-19.
