Chris Buescher (+5000)
Buescher must be feeling reenergized after his performance last Sunday down at Phoenix Raceway, where he finished 10th during the 2022 Ruoff Mortgage 500. It’s his best finish to date this season and also a great rebound after an 18th-place performance in Las Vegas and a 35th-place showing in Fontana. The Roush Fenway Racing driver is still searching for his first win at the Atlanta Motor Speedway, but is seemingly getting better racing there. After sub-25 performances in his first three starts in Hampton, Buescher has collected a pair of top 10s in four starts. At the 2021 edition of the Folds of Honor QuikTrip 500, Buescher finished seventh overall.
Cole Custer (+6000)
Custer has minimal experience racing at the Atlanta Motor Speedway. He has only raced there three times in his NASCAR Cup Series career. However, he’s made the top 20 in all of them. Moreover, he’s gotten a better finish than the last in those starts. He was 19th there at the 2020 Folds of Honor QuikTrip 500, 18th at the 2021 Folds of Honor QuikTrip 500, and 17th at the Quaker State 400 presented by Walmart.
Daniel Suarez (+4000)
Currently ranked 22nd in the 2022 NASCAR Cup Series standings, Suarez will look to build on his ninth-place finish at the 2022 Ruoff Mortgage 500 last Sunday. It was his second top 10 finish of the season, having placed fourth at the 2022 Wise Power 400 back in late February. Suarez has two top 20s in four career starts at the Atlanta Motor Speedway. his best 17th during the 2019 staging of the 2022 Folds of Honor QuikTrip 500.
