Andrew Luck and Tom Brady are on a collision course, as the Indianapolis Colts are set to pay the New England Patriots a visit in Foxboro this coming Thursday. The Colts are trying to avoid a three-game losing skid, which was the same scenario New England found itself in ahead of Week 4. This time, though, the Patriots are looking to build on their newfound momentum following a win over the Miami Dolphins.
The Patriots are now +700 to win Super Bowl 53, while the Colts are much further off at +15,000 to take it all this season.

Betting on the Indianapolis Colts (1-3)
The Colts suffered their second consecutive loss and third this season on Sunday, when they got defeated by the Houston Texans at home in overtime, 37-24. Andrew Luck passed for over 400 yards for the first time since he returned from a long layoff, hurling the rock for 464 passing yards and four touchdowns against zero interceptions. However, he was poorly protected, having sacked four times for a loss of 27 yards. The Colts are going to need to buy Luck more time in the pocket in Foxboro not only to avoid further risk to injury but also for the quarterback to sort out which among his remaining receivers can hook up with him. The Colts are likely to miss star wide receiver T.Y. Hilton, who left the Texans game with a hamstring issue. He joins tight end Jack Doyle as among the questionable Colts to play this Thursday on a short week.
The Colts are 3-0 ATS in their last three road games.
Betting on the New England Patriots (2-2)
The Patriots made sure that two things will not happen on Sunday: that they were not going to lose three games in a row and that the Dolphins were not going to get out of Week 4 unblemished. With a decisive 38-7 win at home over Miami at home, the Patriots are now 2-2 and got themselves back into division title contention. Tom Brady passed for 274 yards and three touchdowns against two interceptions on 23-of-35 completions, while running back Sony Michel went hog wild in the backfield with 112 rushing yards and a touchdown on 25 carries. Michel is going to be fed almost nonstop by New England, especially with Rex Burkhead currently on the injured reserve. Speaking of injury, tight end Rob Gronkowski could be in trouble of missing the Colts game. He exited the Miami contest early and did not return because of an ankle injury. If he’ll miss Thursday’s showdown with Indianapolis, Josh Gordon, Chris Hogan, and Philip Dorsett should each expect heavier workloads downfield.
The Patriots are 5-0 SU and 3-2 ATS in their last five home games against Indianapolis.
Writer’s Prediction
New England wins, but doesn’t cover 28-21.
