NFL Football Week 11 Betting Preview

Week 11 of NFL action features a titanic match up between the Chiefs and the Broncos as the league’s best offense takes on the league’s best defense.

Here’s our weekly breakdown of betting details for all this week’s games

Preview for Week 11 of NFL Football

*All odds as of November 12.

Thursday, November 14

Indianapolis Colts (-3) at Tennessee Titans (+3) (8:30 PM ET)

After last Sunday’s shocking blowout against St. Louis at home, the Colts can further solidify their AFC South lead against the their closest competition in Tennessee. Indianapolis is 8-1 SU in its last 9 games vs the Titans, who are 5-0 ATS in their last 5 Thursday games.

Sunday, November 17

NY Jets (+1) at Buffalo Bills (-1) (1:00 PM ET)

EJ Manuel was understandably rusty in his return vs the Steelers, but he’ll need to shake that rust off when the imposing Jets defense comes to town. The OVER is 5-2 in Buffalo’s last 7 games vs the Jets, who are 7-1 SU in their last 8 games vs Buffalo.

Baltimore Ravens (+3) at Chicago Bears (-3) (1:00 PM ET)

The move to fast-track Jay Cutler’s return vs the Lions backfired, so the Bears must prepare to be without their starter for a visit from the Ravens. The total has gone UNDER in 6 of Baltimore’s last 8 games, while the total has gone OVER in 8 of Chicago’s last 11 games.

Cleveland Browns (+6) at Cincinnati Bengals (-6) (1:00 PM ET)

Jason Campbell and the suddenly feisty Browns can blow the AFC North race wide open by upending the banged-up Bengals. Cleveland is 6-2-1 ATS in their last 9 games when playing Cincinnati, who are 8-1 SU in their last 9 home games vs Cleveland. [sc:NFL240banner ]

Washington Redskins (+3.5) at Philadelphia Eagles (-3.5) (1:00 PM ET)

With 10 TDs in two weeks resulting in two wins, is it too early to proclaim Nick Foles the Eagles’ new starting QB? Washington is 4-2 SU in thei last 6 road games vs Philadelphia. Meanwhile, the Eagles are 4-2 SU in their last 6 games overall vs the Redskins.

Detroit Lions (-2.5) at Pittsburgh Steelers (+2.5) (1:00 PM ET)

After obtaining the outright lead over the Bears in the NFC North, the next step for the Lions is consolidation of the top spot. Detroit is 5-2 SU in their last 7 games, while the Steelers are 7-1 SU in their last 8 games vs the Lions.

Atlanta Falcons at Tampa Bay Buccaneers (1:00 PM ET)

Should the Buccaneers continue their winning ways vs the Falcons, Atlanta would assume Tampa Bay’s current title as the worst team in the NFC South. The total has gone UNDER in 4 of Tampa Bay’s last 5 home games vs the Falcons, who are 8-2 SU in their last 10 games vs the Bucs.

Arizona Cardinals (-6.5) at Jacksonville Jaguars (+6.5) (1:00 PM ET)

The Jags finally got off the schneid against the Titans, but winning two in a row will be a little dicey, as they face the Cardinals who’ve won back-to-back games themselves. The total has gone UNDER in 15 of Arizona’s last 23 road games, while the total has gone UNDER in 7 of Jacksonville’s last 8 home games.

Oakland Raiders (+6.5) at Houston Texans (-6.5) (1:00 PM ET)

Either the odds makers still have big respect for the Texans despite their seven-game skid, or they have absolutely no faith in the Raiders on the road, where they’re 0-4 this year. The total has gone UNDER in 12 of Oakland’s last 16 games, while Houston is 5-2 SU in their last 7 games vs the Raiders.

San Diego Chargers at Miami Dolphins  (4:05 PM ET)

The Chargers and Dolphins — both currently 4-5 and struggling — are in desperate need of victory to keep their dwindling playoff hopes alive. The under is 5-0 in the Chargers’ last 5 games vs the Dolphins, who are 5-0 SU in their last 5 home games vs San Diego.

San Francisco 49ers (+3) at New Orleans Saints (-3) (4:25 PM ET)

The 49ers offense which produced only three field goals vs the Panthers must up its game against a Saints team coming off a 49-17 domination of the Cowboys.  New Orleans is 4-1 SU in its last 5 home games vs San Francisco, who are 4-1 SU in their last 5 games on the road.

Green Bay Packers (+6.5) at NY Giants (-6.5) (4:25 PM ET)

Between the Giants’ resurgence (now winners of three in a row) and the 26-year old Scott Tolzien making his first pro start, the Packers aren’t looking so hot right now. Green Bay is 4-1 SU in their last 5 road games against the NY Giants, who are 8-3 SU in their last 11 home games.

Minnesota Vikings (+13.5) at Seattle Seahawks (-13.5) (4:25 PM ET)

After consecutive disappointing performances vs the Rams and Bucs, the return of the dominating Seahawks last week vs the Falcons doesn’t bode well for the Vikings’ chances. The total has gone OVER in 7 of Minnesota’s last 9 games, while Seattle is 5-0 SU in their last 5 games at home.

Kansas City Chiefs (+8.5) at Denver Broncos (-8.5) (8:30 PM ET)

More than just Kansas City’s undefeated run will be on the line as the AFC West lead will be up for grabs when the owners of the two best records in the NFL collide. Denver is 10-2 SU in their last 12 home games vs the Chiefs, who are 4-1 SU in their last 5 road games.

Monday, November 18

New England Patriots (+2.5) at Carolina Panthers (-2.5) (8:30 PM ET)

After claiming their most high-profile win of the season, can Cam Newton and the Panthers follow it up with an even bigger victory over Tom Brady’s Patriots under the bright lights of Monday Night? New England is 6-2 SU in their last 8 games on the road, while Carolina is 5-0 SU in their last 5 games.
