Chris Kirk (+4500)
Kirk has won at Colonial Country Club before when he topped the field at the 2015 Crowne Plaza Invitational and is coming off a T5 at the 2022 PGA Championship, but what makes him a sleeper is his odds. At his current price, Kirk seems to be brimming with high-value quality. The Atlanta native also has a trio of top 10s in 17 starts this season. Apart from his T5 at the Southen Hills Country Club last week, Kirk’s other Top 10s this season were his T7 at the 2022 Honda Classic and a T5 at the 2022 Arnold Palmer Invitational presented by Mastercard.
Patton Kizzire (+11000)
Kizzire made the cut at the 2022 PGA Championship but finished with just a T75. Nevertheless, he has now made the cut in three of his last four starts and is 13 of 19 this season, thus far. A reason why he should be a golfer to keep a close eye on heading to this week’s event is that he was third at the Colonial Country Club at the 2021 Charles Schwab Challenge. Prior to that, he missed the cut three times in five appearances there and finished no better than 64th in either of the two times he made the cut.
Stewart Cink (+10000)
The 49-year-old Cink is 3 of 3 in his last three starts and even cracked the top 25 at the 2022 PGA Championship with a T23 at Southern Hills Country Club. Before that, Cink had a T9 at the 2022 Wells Fargo Championship. Cink has not played at the Colonian Country Club in four years, but he’s a very experienced golfer there, having played 18 starts at the said golf course, making the cut 16 times and sneaking into the top 10 thrice, including a 10th place at the 2017 DEAN & DELUCA Invitational.
